The Camp Canada team are available on demand to assist you with any wellbeing complication you experience whilst on your placement. A dedicated team of camp-experienced staff will be more than happy to connect with you to see how you're getting on and work on solutions for your summer with you.   • Canadian Suicide Prevention Service (CSPS): 1-833-456-4566. Available 24/7 for anyone thinking about or affected by suicide.
  • Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868. A 24/7 service providing professional counselling, information, and referrals to young people.
  • Hope for Wellness Helpline: 1-855-242-3310. Offers immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada.
  • Crisis Services Canada: Text "START" to 45645. Available from 4 PM to 12 AM ET to support anyone experiencing emotional distress or in need of crisis intervention
  • Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA): Offers region-specific resources and information. Contact numbers vary by region and can be found on their website.
  • Good2Talk: 1-866-925-5454. A helpline for post-secondary students in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
  • Mental Health Helpline: 1-866-531-2600. Provides information about mental health services in Ontario.
  • Tel-Aide Outaouais: 1-800-567-9699. A bilingual (English/French) distress line serving the Outaouais region.
  • Distress Centre Calgary: 403-266-HELP (4357). Offers 24/7 crisis support in Calgary and southern Alberta.
  • BC Mental Health Support Line: 310-6789 (no area code required). Provides emotional support and information on mental health and substance use services in British Columbia.
